First call or email to discuss your plans and once we confirm our availability, you can book your date and time online through our PayPal or Google Checkout account.  Your payment ensures that we’ve got your time and date booked to the exclusion of all others for your assigned officiant.

We discuss the type of ceremony you want, Wedding, Vow Renewal Ministerial, Civil, or Other.  Do you want your ceremony to reflect your faith?  Are there particular rituals you want considered to be included?

Once we have an idea of what you want, we’ll put together a draft ceremony for your review and comment.  At that point, we begin to plan the flow of the ceremony so that when you arrive for your wedding, we can guide you smoothly through the event.

The officiant will arrive about 15 to 30 minutes before the stated time of the event. Any site prep needs to be completed at least 30 minutes before we arrive as the wedding will begin on time.  We won’t delay a ceremony.

You’ll present the marriage license, if applicable, upon the arrival of the officiant, and we’ll confirm that it is valid.

We provide instructions and guidance to guide the bride and groom through the ceremony as the event gets underway.  Just follow our direction and it will all go beautifully.  Keep in mind, though, our guidance is limited to the ceremony itself.  We don’t participate or assist in any of the wedding planning or coordination.

We perform the ceremony and you are wed or re-committed in vow renewals!

You’ll receive some keepsakes from us.  Just a small token to provide for future memories and to let you know that we appreciate being a part of your day.

You begin your celebration.

We will ensure that your marriage license will be returned in a timely fashion to the appropriate courthouse for registration.

You’ll receive your official marriage certificate within 10-14 business days of your ceremony.  (It varies depending on the county from which you obtained your license.)
